Image 1: This image shows that i have deleted the background from my original image and left it with a transparent background. This helps me when i want to put in a different coloured background.
Image 2: The magic wand tool allows me to remove big parts of my background easily. I decided to delete the background from my image as it was too cluttered. By selecting this tool i had most of the background deleted quickly. To smooth out the outline of my model i used the Polygonal Lasso Tool. (shown in image 3)
